Scans with phone → phone opens table menu → 3 taps → 'Order'. In ~0.2 sec order appears on kitchen screen with sound and timer. Hits 'Done' on big screen — phone in hand vibrates: 'Your tom yum ready, coming'. Circle closed: two devices, both sides, live. From phone (client checks portfolio on the go — it will be): same scenario on one screen: ordered → under cart unfolds 'kitchen mirror' where ticket is live, with timer and status.
